Each season we curate and source small runs of pure cotton prints from Brazilian mill inventory rather than commissioning volume production. Each print runs once, for as long as that season's fabric lasts.

We choose those mills for how they operate. The water used in their production is cleaned and returned to the public supply rather than discharged as waste. Their offcuts go to local workshops that turn scraps into sewing training and income. They hold certifications including OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, which verifies fabrics are free of harmful substances, and Better Cotton, and have backed an organic cotton cooperative in Paraíba, committing to buy the farmers' entire crop.

From there we make to order with small ateliers, so quantities stay low and we make what's needed rather than building stock.
